Tax Information:
To access payment information for tax purposes go into your parent portal/Infinite Campus-Fee-ALL. Put in the school year (2023-2024 and 2024-2025 if you need payments made in 2024)-Paid-Print. You will have to highlight and add the We Care payments. Do this for each child. Tax ID#34-6001858
Safety Issues:
We Care is held in the cafeteria. We typically have 15 tables set up that will hold anywhere from 50-70 or more students with their toys, games, etc. We allow the students to move around find a friend to play with, talk. However, it is in imperative that all students follow our rules to ensure safety. This includes; no running, no skipping, no jumping. We also encourage our students to sit at the tables and avoid sitting on their knees. We Care wants your children to be safe and not get hurt. Students who choose not to follow our rules will have to sit with Ms. Mack and have a time out.
When you are picking up your student from We Care at the end of the day please allow time for your child to clean up their area before being dismissed. This is a rule we also follow in the morning before your child can get to their class.
I would appreciate if you can discuss these items with your child to help us at We Care stay safe.

Please use blue slips to indicate when your child will attend We Care in the afternoons. Thank you to all who continue to use blue slips! It is appreciated. However, if you forget please call the office 440-974-5400, and in addition you can email [email protected]

Please check your child's We Care balance on a regular basis and make a payment when the balance is low. We Care is a pre-pay program and is self-funded.

When We Care uses the gym in the morning, all students must wear tennis shoes. Schedule is as follows:
Monday: Kindergarten and First Grade
Tuesday: Second and Third Grade
Wednesday: Fourth and Fifth Grade

Students who attend in the morning can bring their own breakfast and eat when they are hungry. Students are also able to buy breakfast at 8:15 if they have money in their food account.

We Care expects all students to treat other students and staff with respect. We also expect all student to clean up what they have been playing with when they leave We Care. We follow all school rules.

All We Care students who attend clubs/activities in the morning are charged for We Care until that program begins, for a minimum of one hour, if your child comes to We Care before the activity. Students who attend clubs/activities in the afternoon are charged once they return to We Care after the meeting is over, for a minimum of one hour.

If someone other than a parent picks up for We Care, please make sure the person has an ID and is at least 18 years old. Any questions, please talk to Ms. Mack

Please make sure your children dress for the weather. We Care guidelines state that if the 'feel like' temperature is 25 degrees or above, we can take our students outside.

In the event of any form of precipitation or temps are below 25 afternoon We Care will use the following schedule for using the gym:
Monday Grades 4 and 5
Tuesday Grade 3
Wednesday Grade 2
Thursday Grade 1
Friday Kindergarten
(Students must wear tennis shoes in the gym in order to participate)
